About the event
The UthMpact Leadership Program is a teen-driven coalition by the InnerAct Alliance in Polk County that empowers high schoolers to advocate against substance abuse. Modeled after Leadership Lakeland, the program accepts two students from each local high school to participate in community tours, civic engagement, and skill-building. This evening is an etiquette dinner where participants get to learn more about formal dining and professional networking.
Our Leadership Lakeland Alumni are invited to engage with the participants and enjoy a 3 course meal while learning more about the students and helping them feel confident in learning professional networking skills.
